Course Outline
Caring for and helping a fellow human being often brings about emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment. Despite these pressures and challenges, there are certainly high points and triumphs that social service professionals experience.

This seminar allows social service professionals to access these high points by beginning with their mental frames, helping them seek out strengths and tapping into their deepest aspirations. This is done through embarking on Appreciative Inquiry's (AI) process of Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny.

This seminar’s focus of inquiry is “C.A.R.E: Creating a Rejuvenating Environment for Helping Professionals” and sets the stage for participants to co-create the conditions in which they and their fellow professionals can flourish in their chosen vocation. It provides insights on how successful transformation begins with recognising individual and collective strengths that are key elements of success within the social service sector.

Come, experience and share in a highly interactive setting how Appreciative Inquiry can be that social technology that vitalises the “People” in your VWOs/ NPOs!

He also designs interventions for schools to re-engage students who face challenges in finding meaning and motivation.
